Career at KiKxxl

In our “Career at KiKxxl” series, today we are introducing Blerim, project manager and part of our team for 17 years. He has experienced a lot with us and has a lot to tell. In this interview, he gives us an insight into his career, his current tasks and how he would describe KiKxxl in his own words!

How did you come to KiKxxl?

I joined KiKxxl 17 years ago to fill a temporary gap after completing my vocational baccalaureate. I started as a customer advisor and then trained as a dialogue marketing specialist. I was already involved in administrative tasks during my training. After completing my training, I took on the role of team leader. Since then, I have been in management positions and feel very comfortable here. I am confronted with new challenges every day – a colourful potpourri of tasks that makes the work so exciting.

What are your tasks now?

I take care of communication with our clients, plan campaigns, keep an eye on sales management and try to win new clients for our project. I particularly enjoy working with our customer advisors and motivating them every day – be it with little surprises or other gestures. I enjoy being given new tasks every day that allow me to grow. And it’s great to achieve the goals – also because the atmosphere in the team is great.

 

What characterises KiKxxl for you?

A lot of different people work together at KiKxxl, which brings with it a lot of creativity. Treating each other with respect is simply a matter of course here. And KiKxxl has changed remarkably over the last 17 years: We have become a lot more modern, have a stronger public presence and, of course, have grown enormously. We are innovative, creative, determined and family-orientated.
