Career at KiKxxl

Today we introduce you to Gülhan in our series “Career at KiKxxl”. Gülhan supports us as a sales and communication trainer in Bochum and tells you a bit more about her journey to and at KiKxxl in this interview.

What was your start here at KiKxxl like?
In Germany, I trained as a foreign correspondent with a focus on business and then went to Turkey for nine years. When I came back to Germany in 2019, I needed a job quickly – and I found immediate shelter at KiKxxl as a customer advisor! Over the next few years, I worked my way up to become a sales and communications trainer. At the same time as I started my new job at KiKxxl, I also moved to a new place – after all, I was fresh out of Turkey. It was really a turbulent time…

And how were you received?
I was able to flexibly organize my working hours, which was especially important to me because of my young daughter. And during the time of my move, I also received active support from my colleagues! Everyone helps everyone – and everyone gets a chance! Even as a single mother, you can find a great place here!

What do you enjoy most about your job?
