To further reflect this statement, KiKxxl has now signed the Diversity Charter.
By signing the Diversity Charter, KiKxxl is sending a clear signal for diversity and tolerance in the world of work and signals its appreciation of all employees regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and ideology, sexual orientation and social origin.
The diversity of modern society, influenced by globalization and demographic change, is shaping business life in Germany. We can only be economically successful if we recognize and utilize the diversity that exists. This applies to the diversity in our workforce and the diverse needs of our customers and business partners.
Recognizing and promoting this diverse potential creates economic advantages. We create a climate of acceptance and mutual trust. This has a positive impact on our reputation among business partners, consumers both in Germany and in other countries around the world.
“The commitment to diversity, the commitment to respectful and appreciative coexistence, is more important today than ever before, because our society is more diverse and differentiated than ever before. By signing the Diversity Charter, you have made a commitment to recognize the diversity of society inside and outside the organization, to recognize, share and live the values. Because diversity is an attitude,” says Stefan Kiefer, Managing Director of Charta der Vielfalt e.V. “This also applies in the world of work. By signing the Diversity Charter, signatory organizations clearly demonstrate that you promote diversity in the world of work, paving the way for innovative solutions and more productive approaches.”
