CCW 2026 will take place from February 24 to 26, 2026, at the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin, with a total of four conference days and three trade fair days. More than 8,000 participants and hundreds of international exhibitors from the world of customer service and call centers will meet on around 20,000 square meters of exhibition space.
