KiKxxl continues to expand: New location in Istanbul opens in February

At the beginning of February 2022, KiKxxl will start operations at its new location in the Mecidiyeköy district of Istanbul. Initially, modern call center workplaces for up to 300 employees* will be created on an area of 1,700 square meters.

“With our third foreign location, we are responding to the increasingly loud call from our partners and clients for internationalization and multilingualism,” says Andreas Kremer, founder and managing director of KiKxxl GmbH. Already today, the communications service provider, founded in 1999 in Osnabrück, is active in customer support at 6 locations in Germany and 2 branches in Kosovo.

The new branch in Turkey will also give the company access to new employee potential. Erden Yildirim, COO of KiKxxl GmbH: “Our clients want to continue to grow with us because of the excellent work that our employees do every day. This desire is increasingly taking us to the limits of what is feasible at our existing locations.”
KiKxxl only opened its newest branch in Bottrop (Ruhr area) in August 2021, where 30 employees* are already working today. Further growth is also planned at the German locations.

According to estimates, there are already around 20,000 telephone customer advisors working for German companies in Istanbul. KiKxxl will present itself as a premium provider as soon as it enters the Turkish call center market: High fixed salaries, attractive bonuses and payment of salaries in euros. Extensive benefits such as private health insurance for customer consultants and various allowances, e.g. for travel expenses and meals, underline the appreciation for the demanding work of the employees.

“The call center industry in Istanbul is large and of varying quality. It has a large number of excellently trained and highly qualified customer service representatives. Through our offers for employees, reputable clients and campaigns, but also through our own high quality standards, we will directly set a brand,” says Özden Ipek, Managing Director for the KiKxxl location in Turkey. He knows the local call center market very well: Özden Ipek was active for many years in various industry companies, including as owner and managing director.

For the launch of the new location, KiKxxl is planning sales campaigns for the German market with a long-term project partner, a major telephone provider (landline, mobile, Internet & TV).
