KiKxxl is Top Job winner 2023

KiKxxl has been awarded the Top Job seal for the fourth time, making it one of the best employers in Germany. The company was honored by the zeag GmbH on the basis of a scientifically based employee and management survey.

The Top Job Seal 2023 was awarded last Friday, February 24, 2023, by former Vice-Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel. Among other things, KiKxxl impressed with particularly good employee feedback on the topics of leadership and vision as well as culture and communication. As the best in its size category, the communications service provider impressed its approximately 2,800 employees in virtually all respects, including motivation and dynamism as well as family orientation and demographics. “We are very pleased to receive this award! It shows us that we are still on the right track and strengthens our motivation to do everything for the well-being of our employees,” says Managing Director Andreas Kremer, commenting on the not unexpected result.
