Right to data portability
You have the right to have data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible person, this will only take place if it is technically feasible.

Deletion of personal data
Personal data will be deleted by us after the purpose has ceased to exist – in compliance with statutory retention periods.

Objection to consents
You may revoke your given consent at any time.

Data subject rights (information, deletion, blocking)
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain information free of charge at any time about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing of your data. You have the right to have this data corrected, blocked or deleted, taking into account any existing legal obligations to retain data.

SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from ‘http://’ to ‘https://’ and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Server log files
The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in ‘server log files’. These are:

  • browser type and browser version
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL
  • host name of the accessing computer
  • time of the server request
  • IP address

This data will not be combined with data from other sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, which allows for the processing of data to fulfil a contract or measures preliminary to a contract.

Contact form/application forms
If you use the contact form to send us an enquiry or applications, the details you enter on the form, including the contact details entered, will be stored by us for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry and in case of any follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your permission. We will therefore process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1) lit a GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request for revocation may still be legally processed. We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until such time as you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

Information about cookies
Our website partly uses ‘cookies’. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer. They do no harm and are virus-free. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Most of the cookies we use are so-called ‘session cookies’, which are deleted after you have finished visiting the website. Other cookies remain on your system until you delete them. These cookies allow your browser to be identified when you next visit the site. You can configure your browser to inform you about the use of cookies so that you can decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept or reject a cookie. Alternatively, your browser can be configured to automatically accept cookies under certain conditions or to always reject them, or to automatically delete cookies when closing your browser. If you disable cookies, the functionality of the website may be restricted. We have recently started using an application cookie on our website. We store a parameter in these cookies that we obtain when someone comes to KiKxxl.de via paid advertisements (job boards, Google, Facebook, etc.). In the event of an application, the parameter is transmitted to us with the application data.

Liability for content
The content of our site was created with the greatest care. However, we cannot take any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or topicality of the content presented. As a service provider, we are responsible in accordance with § 7 paragraph 1 of TMG for our own contents on these sites under the general laws. However, in accordance with §§ 8 to 10 TMG (German Teleservices Act), we – as service providers – are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information from third parties or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Nevertheless, liability in this regard is possible only from the date of knowledge of specific infringement. We will remove the content as soon as we become aware of the relevant infringement.

Liability for linked content
Our site contains links to external third-party websites over which we have no control. We therefore accept no liability whatsoever for such third-party content. The respective service provider or operator of the linked website is always responsible for the content of that website. The linked sites were checked at the time of linking for any infringement. No illegal content was identified at the time the link was made. However, it is not possible to continuously check the content of these linked websites and it is therefore unreasonable to assume an infringement without a specific evidence of such. We will remove any such content as soon as we become aware of the infringement.

Copyright
The operators of the pages always endeavour to respect the copyrights of others or to use their own works or works in the public domain. The content created by the site operator, as well as posting on these sites are subject to German copyright. Contributions of third parties shall be identified as such. Reproduction, editing, distribution or any kind of exploitation outside the scope of copyright require the written consent of the author or editor.
