Nicolai Brüggenwerth takes over sales management at KIKXXL

The call center industry is undergoing digital transformation. Traditional services are increasingly giving way to intelligent, technology-based solutions. In these times of change, KIKXXL is planning further growth at its onshore and nearshore locations and the development of new business areas. As the new Head of Sales, Nicolai C. Brüggenwerth will be responsible for the strategic direction of our sales department in this important key position. His tasks include onboarding new customer projects, acting as the central interface for project conception and solution development, and working closely with the areas of quality management and digitalization of customer service strategies.
