25 years of KiKxxl: A success story

Today we are celebrating a very special milestone: KiKxxl is 25 years old! Our journey began exactly a quarter of a century ago and we couldn’t be prouder of what we have achieved so far. This success is mainly thanks to our fantastic team of now 2800 employees – and the number is constantly growing!

The beginnings: From KiKtel to KiKxxl: When we started out as KiKtel with just two employees in a small office in Osnabrück, we could hardly have imagined how far we would come. Through stubborn determination and a lot of hard work, our team grew continuously. Today, we can look back on an impressive 2800 employees who give their best every day.

Major milestones and steady growth: less than ten years after our foundation, we welcomed our 500th employee and celebrated the opening of our second location in Bremen. These successes were just the beginning: the ball started rolling and we steadily expanded our locations. In 2017, we ventured beyond national borders and opened our first foreign location in Prishtina, Kosovo, as a joint venture with evrotarget.

A company on an expansion course: today, KiKxxl is present at six locations in north-western Germany and has also been successfully represented internationally with five additional locations since 2017. KiKxxl GmbH has been growing dynamically and continuously since it was founded in 1999. With a turnover of well over 100 million euros, we are now one of the largest owner-managed communication service providers in Germany.

A strong team and impressive figures: Our eleven modern locations in Germany, Kosovo, Turkey and Greece and over 2,800 employees have made KiKxxl a solid and reliable force in sales-oriented customer service. Every month, we conduct around 2,820,000 sales calls and work successfully with 190 satisfied partners and customers.
