On August 1, we were once again able to welcome new trainees to KiKxxl! We are delighted that they are now part of our KiKxxl family and are looking forward to starting the future with them.

Our new trainees not only bring a breath of fresh air, but also many exciting ideas and perspectives. The first few weeks are all about getting to know each other and familiarizing themselves with the company – an exciting time full of new experiences and challenges.

It is very important to us that our new colleagues feel comfortable and supported right from the start. That’s why we have prepared a comprehensive onboarding program in which they not only get to know their tasks and the company better, but are also integrated directly into our team.
