Career at KiKxxl

In our career at KiKxxl Series, we would like to introduce Daniel to you. He has been with us at KiKxxl for almost 20 years. Find out more about Daniel in the interview.

Daniel, what was your career like?
Before and during my business studies, I worked as a customer agent at KiKxxl. When I was almost at the end of my studies, I looked around for career prospects and also asked KiKxxl. There, they were just setting up a controlling department, which fit perfectly with my studies. Over time, I also became the disciplinary manager of the accounting department.

And what are your tasks?
I coordinate and manage the accounting and controlling departments. I am the contact person for the management, employees in our department and for other departments in the company, but also, for example, for the auditors or similar. My team and I take care of many company-related figures and data and make sure that the monthly payroll runs correctly.

What do you enjoy the most?
I really enjoy the teamwork at our company! Over the past few years, we have grown together into a well-coordinated group. We have a good exchange of ideas and work together in a very solution-oriented way. And what I also like, of course, are the numbers. I have a passion for numbers and simply find it exciting how parameters change when you turn a few screws.
