At KiKxxl, a wide variety of customer concerns from diverse industries are approached in a customer-specific manner and handled accordingly. A look at the latest projects at KiKxxl illustrates this diversity.

Among other things, we support a globally active developer of automation concepts for a wide variety of industries, such as automotive, process industry, manufacturing industry/mechanical engineering, etc., in order to maintain accessibility for customers. In doing so, we accept all concerns, classify them and enable flawless further processing.

KiKxxl convinces with technical support

For a supplier of a sensor module for the care sector that measures whether patients have fallen or have moved away from a safe area, we are the technical contact as well as for all questions about the product.

Sales remains one of KiKxxl’s strengths

In addition to technical support, we are also active in the area of “sales” for our customers. As an outbound partner, we handle the purchase and sale of horses for the provider of an online platform. In doing so, we convince registered users of the platform to upgrade their membership to a premium membership by explaining the advantages to them and making them offers.

We act in a similar way for the provider of a camping platform. The “AirBnB” of the camping world is the central contact point for both camping enthusiasts who want to rent a flexible car at the campsite of their choice and for owners who want to offer a corresponding car. We call these campsites to introduce them to the innovative concept and let them benefit from a premium membership. In doing so, we are both the sales and service partner.

KiKxxl shines with even more versatility for large electronics manufacturer

Our largest customer, which we have recently acquired, is one of the most important electronics manufacturers in the world. In addition to providing support in various disciplines, such as technical support for televisions, we are also the central point of contact for customers in the online store as sales support for all questions relating to delivery or the product. With regard to the payment service, we are responsible for all questions, for example about specific payments, account setups, and much more.
