Values that connect: Our mission statement for a strong community
Almost 15 years ago, on KiKxxl’s 10th anniversary, we developed our fundamental corporate values together with our entire team. These values are at the heart of our corporate culture and reflect what KiKxxl is all about.
Our employees repeatedly emphasize the outstanding cooperation between colleagues and managers. We have bundled this positive dynamic in the #DieBesten-Kolleg*innenDerStadt campaign and put it front and center.
#DieBestenKolleg*innenDerStadt – a flagship campaign based on hundreds of feedbacks. KiKxxl stands for more than just work: we are a community of friends and family.
The campaign helps to overcome the initial lack of identification with the role of a “call center agent”. It promotes transparency in the way we work and emphasizes the “WE” feeling, which is particularly important to us. This identification strengthens cooperation and ensures that we work transparently and purposefully, while at the same time keeping our job fun and our enthusiasm for customer service.
