Employee Assistance Program

We offer you the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to support you with professional and private challenges. The EAP provides professional counseling and support, including life situation coaching, parent counseling, childcare support, homecare-eldercare, and work-life academy.

Hansefit Online+

Through the Hansefit app, you can not only participate in sports courses like yoga or Pilates, but also access courses for mental health, a sleep coach, or smoking cessation, among others. Even nutritional counseling can be booked through the app.

FlexiTime

Vacation+

KIKXXL grants its employees 26 days of annual vacation beyond the legally required vacation entitlement. After 5 years or 10 years of service, you get an additional two days each time.

KIKXXL stands for communication, teamwork, and appreciation. The company welcomes all people – regardless of origin, age, education, or religion. Over 3,300 employees have equal opportunities and demonstrate how well diverse teams function.

The age structure ranges from 18 to 83 years, with over 40% between 18 and 25. Despite the young workforce, KIKXXL received the "Company with Foresight" award for age-appropriate workplace design.

Contrary to stereotypes, the gender distribution is balanced – men make up 54%, women 46%. KIKXXL is also culturally diverse: In addition to German employees, there are colleagues from Austria, Egypt, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and many other countries.

We ensure equal opportunities and equality, regardless of national origin or religion. At KIKXXL, people from around 48 nations work peacefully together – from Germany to Austria, Egypt, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Turkey, to many other countries.

Age Range 18-83 Years

Over 40% of our employees are between 18 and 25 years old, but age is just a number for us. We were awarded "Company with Foresight" by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs – as part of the federal program "Perspective 50plus" for particularly successful age-appropriate workplace design.

Gender Diversity

Call center agent only for women? With us, genders are nearly balanced: 55.2% men, 43.8% women, and 1% non-binary colleagues. We pay attention to gender-inclusive language and give everyone a place who is rarely seen elsewhere in society.

It is not the person who is disabled, but they are disabled by social framework conditions – this is how the new law on severe disabilities has defined it since 2018. We fully share this perspective. Your Salary

Fair compensation and transparent bonus models.

Your work should be fun, the team must also fit. And of course, the pay must be right. We value complete transparency.

Your earning potential (performance-based):

  • Outbound: 2,400 - 3,600 €/month (base + unlimited commission)
  • Inbound: 2,400 - 2,900 €/month (base + unlimited commission)

The "Freizeichen"

The KIKXXL cafeteria in Osnabrück.

At the Osnabrück location, experienced chef Sascha Rickers operates the "Freizeichen" in collaboration with KIKXXL.

Here, fresh, high-quality products are cooked, fried, and sizzled live – not only for our employees, external guests are also warmly welcome.

Opening Hours:

  • Breakfast: 07:45 – 10:00 AM (daily)
  • Hot meals: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM (daily)

Special Promotions:

  • Fitwoch (Fit Wednesday): Every Wednesday fresh and healthy dishes
  • Fünfer-Fritten-Freitag (Five-Fries-Friday): Every 3rd Friday of the month – both dishes with fries for only 5 euros

Bonus Card

After 10 meals, get the 11th meal free! Stamps must be collected and redeemed in the same month. Card available directly in the cafeteria.
