Our strength lies in diversity – and this is exactly where you come in. Become part of our team and actively help us shape the communication of tomorrow!
At KIKXXL, diverse areas of responsibility await you: From classic inbound telephone services to innovative communication channels and round-the-clock chat support, we offer you a dynamic and diverse work environment.
We place great emphasis on quality and comprehensive training so that you can continuously develop and specifically expand your skills. With us, you'll find not just a job, but real prospects and a team that supports you and grows with you. KIKXXL stands for "Competence in Communication" – and that is what we live by every day.
What began in 1999 with just two employees in a small office in Osnabrück is now a Europe-wide operating company with 12 locations and over 3,300 employees.
From our first expansion to Bremen in 2008, through the opening of our first international location in Prishtina in 2017, to our most recent branch in Antalya in 2025 – our continuous and strategic expansion across national borders is evidence of sustainable success, lived quality, and above all, the collaboration of all our employees.
At KIKXXL, values are far more than just nice words: they form the solid foundation for our daily collaboration and our shared success. We are convinced that a lived corporate culture based on equality is the key to ensuring that every employee feels valued and included. Our five core values are not just points of orientation for us, but genuine promises.
They create transparency and clarity about what we stand for and how we interact with each other.
You can rely on working in an environment that lives respect, openness, team spirit, responsibility, and continuous development.
As a company with sustainable growth, we rely on responsible action – and on making a positive contribution together with our employees.
With us, you'll experience a workplace where environmental awareness is firmly anchored in daily operations: We work with energy-saving technology, use modern heating and climate control, and consistently rely on LED lighting. We reduce paper consumption through digital processes and recycling materials.
Additionally, we separate waste, use resources multiple times, and ensure sustainable packaging and complete utilization of food in our cafeteria.
KIKXXL sees itself as part of and partner to society. We want to act sustainably and responsibly – especially where our employees live and work.
We support our employees in their social engagement: Five percent of each employee bonus automatically flows into a donation pool that is distributed among local and international organizations.
As a signatory of the Charter of Diversity since February 2022, we advocate for an appreciative and prejudice-free work environment. We value talents based on their performance – regardless of age, ethnic origin, gender, physical and mental abilities, religion, sexual orientation, and social background.

KIKXXL permanently sponsors eleven children freed from slavery. To finance this, the company donates a fixed percentage in addition to the employee bonus. Employees incur no financial disadvantages.

The association engages for children in emergency situations, strengthens children's rights, and sets a sign against racism and for integration.
Chairman John McGurk runs donation campaigns nationwide with his team to provide disadvantaged children with better prospects.

The children's hospice Löwenherz accompanies families with life-limiting ill children and offers care places as well as accommodations for parents and siblings. The focus is on relief, support, and time together. KIKXXL has supported the hospice for many years with donations and engagement.

For several years, it has been a tradition at KIKXXL for trainees in their first year of training to implement their own social project.
Each location independently selects an organization – such as the food bank in Osnabrück, the "Help&Hope" foundation in Dortmund, or the German Child Protection Association in Bremen.
A connection that goes beyond corporate boundaries. As a native of Emsland and passionate football fan, our managing director Andreas Kremer has always been connected to Meppen.
In 2008, he took over as chairman of the board during a difficult phase and established the club on a stable foundation. With success: In 2017/2018, the team achieved promotion to the 3rd division.
Since then, KIKXXL has been a major pillar of the club as main sponsor – we feature on the men's team jersey and have also supported the successful women's team as jersey sponsor since their promotion to the Bundesliga in 2020/2021. Football connects – even across national borders.
