KIKXXL GmbH is headquartered in Osnabrück and offers modern and comfortable workspaces covering around 6,500 m². Here, we have created a pleasant working environment that offers optimal conditions for productive work thanks to ergonomic equipment and modern technology.

Around 880 dedicated colleagues work at the Osnabrück site and their commitment contributes significantly to the success of the company. In addition to the technical infrastructure, we attach great importance to communal areas that promote exchange and teamwork.

Since August 4, 2008, KIKXXL has also had a branch in Bremen. Covering an area of around 2,500 m², we offer 300 modern PC workstations that enable comfortable and efficient working.

Currently, around 310 dedicated employees work in Bremen, primarily in the areas of inbound customer service and back office. The branch is characterized by a pleasant working atmosphere and well-equipped workstations, which create optimal conditions for concentrated work.

KIKXXL opened its third location in 2012 and has been firmly established in the Ruhr region ever since. The modern Hammerkopf office, a converted former Minister Stein coal mine, is home to one of the most modern call centers in the region, covering an area of 3,600 m².

Around 450 dedicated KIKXXL colleagues in Dortmund provide active support, primarily in the area of outbound customer service. The location offers a modern working environment with ergonomic workstations and promotes communication and teamwork through spacious common areas.

In February 2015, KIKXXL opened its fourth location in the historic Jahrhunderthaus building in Bochum. From the outset, this location offered our employees modern workplaces in an inspiring environment.

At the end of 2025, the location moved to the TRIUM Business Campus, where an even more modern infrastructure is available for our teams. This allows us to create optimal conditions for productive work and a pleasant working atmosphere.

In 2020, KIKXXL opened its fifth location in the modern Vest-Quartier district of Recklinghausen. Covering around 2,000 m², we offer our employees bright, air-conditioned workspaces that create a pleasant and productive working environment.

The location also boasts an underground car park and a multi-storey car park, spacious open areas, and a central downtown location. Thanks to excellent public transport connections and a wide range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, our teams enjoy a comfortable and varied working day.

On August 1, 2021, KIKXXL opened its sixth location in Bottrop, initially in a modern temporary solution. Even before moving into the permanent offices in the Bauknecht Quartier in 2022, our teams started working in bright, open-plan premises covering almost 1,500 m².

The location offers space for around 250 employees and, like all KIKXXL branches, creates a friendly and modern working environment with plenty of room for exchange and collaboration. With the move to the Bauknecht Quartier, the infrastructure was further optimized and working conditions were significantly improved once again.

At the beginning of February 2022, KIKXXL began operations at its new location in the Mecidiyeköy district of Istanbul. This step further expanded our international network of locations and created another modern workplace for our growing teams.

In 2023, the company moved to Flatofis Haliç in the Eyüpsultan region. There, our colleagues benefit from contemporary office space, modern infrastructure, and good connections within the Istanbul metropolitan area. The location offers a professional working environment that promotes collaboration, exchange, and personal development.

KIKXXL has also been represented in Greece since August 2022, opening its fifth international location in Athens. The branch is located in the Moschato district and expands our international network with another important European location.

The location offers space for up to 200 workstations and is equipped with state-of-the-art call center technology. Our colleagues here benefit from a modern working environment, professional infrastructure, and an international environment that promotes collaboration and personal development.

Since 2025, KIKXXL has been represented by another location in Turkey, thereby consistently expanding its international presence. The office in the Fener district offers space for over 100 employees and adds another modern workplace to our growing network of locations.

In September 2017, KIKXXL GmbH established its first overseas headquarters in Pristina. This step marked the beginning of the group's international expansion and the formation of a strong local team in Kosovo.

The location was established as a joint venture with the Kosovar company evroenergie, in which KIKXXL holds a majority stake. In Pristina, dedicated colleagues work in a modern working environment with clear quality standards and close ties to the German locations. In this way, we combine international perspectives with the KIKXXL corporate culture and create attractive jobs in a growing environment.

At the beginning of 2020, a second branch was opened in Kosovo in the neighboring town of Peja. This step further strengthened our international network of locations and created additional capacity for our growing teams.

As at all KIKXXL locations, we also attach great importance to a pleasant working atmosphere, modern equipment, and close cooperation with other branches in Peja.

At the beginning of 2022, Gjilan became the third KIKXXL location in Kosovo. The branch is located in the city of the same name in the southeast of the country and expands the existing network in the region.

The location stands for close cooperation with the other Kosovar branches as well as with the German locations and combines an international orientation with the KIKXXL corporate culture.
